Most recently, I have been offering barn help to local stables on a freelance basis.

Equine Work Experience

I have 10+ years of horse and riding experience and have volunteered, interned, and worked at multiple equine facilities. I have jumped up to 2'3" in the past and am working towards getting back to that level after having multiple setbacks the past few years.

Specialities

Mucking stalls, providing feed/hay/water, grooming, bathing, tacking/untacking, moving horses on the ground, warm up/cool off pre- and post-ride, and exercise riding on the flat and over small jumps.

Type of Ride Work

I primarily ride hunters and huntseat equitation, though I also have basic dressage experience through first level. I am currently working towards getting back to jumping 2'6" (and hopefully higher) and am comfortable jumping around 18" without trainer supervision. I have ridden young and older green horses and prefer more of a kick ride.

Competition Details

I have competed at local and regional schooling shows. However, I've always dreamed of competing in rated shows.
