Duties of Current Occupation
I was a riding instructor my senior year of highschool. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology; worked a variety of roles- behavioral health counselor, relationship banker, management trainee, retail.
Equine Work Experience
Grew up riding horses! Consistently from 7-19. I would help at the barn before and after lessons, sometimes showing up when I didn't have a lesson because I wanted to be around the horses. I rode hunter-jumper, but towards the end, I would go bareback or western and go on trail rides.
Specialities
I am good at following instructions and being on time. Good with communicating, teamwork, leadership, problem solving, self-management.
Type of Ride Work
Quarter horses, draft mixes.
Competition Details
Only did home shows, not sure if that counts. I was a member of the Pony Club but did not ride horses through them
