While I have no professional experience working with horses, I have been riding recreationally since I was about 5 years old. I've always had a passion for and connection to horses; and have always dreamed of a life where I can work with them. I have volunteered perviously at a horse therapy farm for individuals with disabilities where I was a lead walker. I do not have any formal experience with general barn work and horse grooming, but I am confident that my ability to think sharply and learn quickly will allow me to transition smoothly into this role.

For the entirety of my education and career, I have taken on various leadership roles where I've lead teams, managed projects, communicated with tons of different people from many backgrounds, and learned skills to help me succeed in whatever role I take on. I am hard-working and motivated when it comes to doing something I am passionate about. I have set up and dismantled large events which included physical labor as well as planning, staffing, and execution.

I am unsure of the specific breeds I've ridden with as it has always been for fun and recreation. I would consider myself to be very comfortable on a horse and working with horses, but still in the beginner stage of my riding. I've ridden many horses in NJ as this is where I reside, but have also taken lessons and trail rides in places like Tennessee, Arizona, Colorado, and the Bahamas. I am comfortable with walking, trotting, cantering and galloping but have never worked with jumping/hunting.
