I’ve done everything from breaking untouched 10 year old horses for pleasure to training winners of state medal finals and ribbon winners at USEF pony finals and Indoors. Currently located in the research triangle (Raleigh) of North Carolina but willing to relocate for the right fit.

I have been around horses my entire childhood and am looking to gain experience in the equine industry now that I am older. I am a quick learner, easily able to adapt, and have a natural passion for horses.
I am looking for home groom position. Closer to Hamburg area, the better. I can clip, plait, bandage, treat wounds etc. Willing to go shows too. I am a teamplayer, but can work solo too. Horses health is my main priority. I am looking for long time solution. Can lounge and i would be interested to get to ride some flatwork/hacking (not necessary, just wanting i could further my skills) I would need a live in-position and would be greatful if i can take my two wellbaved cats with me :)
I am a keen aspiring groom who has been working with horses on a voluntary basis, and am now looking for a full or part-time opportunity to progress my career and gain more experience. I am confident around horses and have been developing essential skills through volunteering at a livery yard and with a rescue. Ideally, I would be looking for a role in the Basingstoke area while I'm learning to drive, but happy to consider a live-in position in the wider Hampshire region or further afield.
I am very comfortable working at hunter/jumper facilities and working as a groom on the road for shows. I am also comfortable schooling horses and teaching beginner/intermediate riders. I feel confident with any type of barn management position as well. I have plenty of experience in the equine industry and am looking for an opportunity to continue to expand my knowledge and work experience! I have also completed my CHA certification, which allows me to teach lessons as well.

I have worked as a full time groom at shows such as WEF, New England Finals, Gardnertown, Fieldstone, Old Salem Farm, Vermont Summer Festival, Saratoga, and HITs, working with up to ten or more horses at a time. I have worked for multiple barns, completing tasks such as hacking horses, teaching lessons, ordering hay/grain/shavings, mucking stalls, clipping, lunging, feeding, wrapping, turning out, etc. Barns employed by include Rosemont Farm, KFA Equestrian Center, Silverstone Stables, Stonehaven Stables, New Chance Farm, AD Sporthorses, Desiderio LTD, and Hidden Knoll Farm. I also completed a working student position at Paul Valliere's Acres Wild Farm, where I was able to ride young horses. I graduated from Johnson and Wales University with an Equine Business Management/Riding degree. Most recently, I was a full time show groom for Hidden Knoll Farm for the 2019-2020 WEF circuit.

I have been showing and competing as a jumper for years. I have been riding for 17 years and have a lot of experience with hunter/jumpers. At Johnson and Wales University, I was part of the IHSA team where I was able to show in the equitation. I currently own an 11 yr. old Belgian Warmblood jumper that I have shown in the 3’0 equitation as well as the 1.0m, 1.10m, and 1.15m jumpers. I will be looking to bring him with me to my next job opportunity!
I have competed at shows including WEF, Turf Tour, HITs, Fieldstone, Central Jersey Horseman Association shows, Old Salem, and other local shows in NJ and MA. I was also a member of Johnson and Wales University's IHSA Equestrian Team for two years, competing in the equitation year-round. I currently own a Belgian Warmblood jumper that I have shown in the 3’0 equitation along with the 1.0m, 1.10m, and 1.15m jumpers. I am looking to continue to show him and move up to the 1.20m jumpers.
