I have a Bachelors degree is Music Performance with a Minor in Business Administration. Plus a Masters degree in Arts Administration with a focus in Event Planning. I am CPR, First Aid, and AED certified.

Ability to communicate well, pay careful attention to detail, maintain a budget, oversee event logistics, create/negotiate contracts, interact with persons from a variety of backgrounds, manage additional personnel including hiring, secure funding

I have volunteered at several stables providing basic stable hand assistance (i.e. mucking out stables, keeping the yard clean, grooming and washing lesson horses). Total experience cumulates to 3+ years.

Experience Planning the Following Types of Events: Festivals, Concerts, Multiple day events, Tours, Fundraisers, and Galas. Have led teams of up to 60 people from a variety of backgrounds, ages, and experience. Have experience with basic HR practices including job description writing, interviewing, training, and employee manuals. Have experience with Health & Safety, liabilities, and legal requirements for events. Have a passion for accessibility and inclusivity with knowledge of ADA law.

I ride primarily for pleasure in the Western discipline. All of the horses I have riden are 8+ years old and already broken. There are still naughty behaviors that I have worked through with a horse including bucking, not standing at a mounting block, and anxiety around certain tasks. However I do not consider myself a trainer or experienced with training.

I have been involved in both the planning of and the participation in competitions.
