I haven’t completed any equine courses or college qualifications but I have grew up around horses and am confident enough to say I know what I'm doing.
Duties of Current Occupation
At nights I work as a cashier for a retail store. I’m looking for a job working with horses mostly feeding, turning out stalls, etc… for the mornings full time! I grew up with horses my aunt always had at least 2 and I spent time taking care of them!
Equine Work Experience
My aunt has always had at least two horses and I've spent a lot of time taking care of them! Whether it be feeding, grooming, turning in/out, mucking up stalls, and just general up keep I’m your girl! I have a natural horse sense for lack of a better word and know how to take control of a horse if need be. I also spent a few weeks at a lard western barn and was taking care of at least 30 horses every morning! They had everything from stallions, pregnant horses, baby horses, miniatures, and everything in between.
Specialities
I have a very fast work pace especially when it comes to turning in/out, mucking up, and keeping everything as clean as it can be! I’m a very quick learner and a dedicated employee!
Type of Ride Work
I have ridden stubborn quarter horses for the most part. I am more recently getting back into riding again for pleasure.
Competition Details
I have not been in any competitions its just not for me but I have taken my little cousin to her competitions and have a pretty good understanding of how it all works!
