Equine Work Experience
I have about 10 years of riding/care experience. I currently take lessons every week. I started riding when I was about 4 and stopped when I was 12 due to loss or parental income and started again about a year and a half ago. I know grooming and tacking-up procedures as part of the lessons and have assisted in preparing other horses for the next rider.
Type of Ride Work
I've done a range of riding work, but currently I am focusing on flatwork and the occasional jumps since I am getting back into the sport (see Equine Experience). In the past I did a wider range of riding and am working back up to that level.
Competition Details
I am part of the adult side of IEA and have competed in a few shows this past season as well as in the small 'barn shows' my current riding facility holds. In the past I have competed at a variety of competitions including at the NJ State Fair show.
