No official courses. Just years of ownership and working at the large barn I boarded at from a young age (10 - 20) and ownership and assisting on the farm the Sierra was next boarded at a little closer to my home.

Organization and attention to detail is big in either job that I have experience in. My main duties are to perform all tasks safely and efficiently mucking/waters/handling/ feeding / etc

Yes , I have owned horses for 20 years. My mare Sierra is currently retired. I just got a 10yr old QH Riggs, rescued from down south. I have been actively around horses since I was 10 years old and enjoy it. My mare and I did gymkhana, western pleasure, huntseat and trails for many years. I am always looking to learn more and understand that with horses or any industry your never done learning.

I have worked with and in process of training my new horse. I have worked in large barns of over 60+ horses. Experienced with handling horses of all dispositions,ages and breeds. I enjoy keeping a barn clean and organized. I understand how to much, feed, water, and turnout.

My mare, Sierra and I did gymkhana, western pleasure, huntseat and trails. She was considered a big problem horse when I got her and started her and with time, effort and understanding she became an amazing riding horse in any direction I pointed her in. I've worked other horses such as hunter jumpers ( full disclosure it's been a few years) / I've handled large draft teams/ dressage/ former racehorses.
