I have done work under many experienced equestrians and veterinarians over the years and am well educated on the basics of horse training and horse care.

I would love any opportunity to continue working with horses and have a specific interest in show jumping as well as 3 day eventing.

Cleaning stalls, maintaining a clean yard, feeding multiple horses (including graining), grooming, cleaning and organizing tack, riding/training, teaching lessons, lunging, and trail rides.

I have worked at several facilities including working for California Polytechnic State University over the summers training their team horses for the beginning of the school year/start season for the college team riders. I have also worked at a more rural barn with 30+ horses with experience feeding, graining, grooming, blanketing, turning out, watering, and performing basic equine first aid when needed.

My latest position was a summer job in the North of Spain at a barn called Granxa do Souto. I taught beginner lessons and some jump lessons as well as assisted in the training of the school horses. I led trails with clients and tourists, and also performed first aid to the horses when necessary.

I am very experienced in keeping a clean yard and tidying up stalls, filling waters, grooming horses, cleaning tack, and working with young and green horses. I have been around stallions, broodmares, and newborn foals so am very well-educated on how to handle all types of horses in all stages of life. I have a passion for working with and riding horses. My current horse is a 10-year-old Thoroughbred who I have owned for 3 years and trained/worked with in the show jumping discipline.

I have been a passionate rider for the majority of my life and although I am 19, I have been consistently working with horses for more than 10 years including taking care of two of my own horses. I have competed in local shows, show jumping at the 0.8m level but practice at a higher level (1.10m) and am comfortable on all kinds of horses at any age.
