I’ve done everything from breaking untouched 10 year old horses for pleasure to training winners of state medal finals and ribbon winners at USEF pony finals and Indoors. Currently located in the research triangle (Raleigh) of North Carolina but willing to relocate for the right fit.

I have been around horses my entire childhood and am looking to gain experience in the equine industry now that I am older. I am a quick learner, easily able to adapt, and have a natural passion for horses.
I am looking for home groom position. Closer to Hamburg area, the better. I can clip, plait, bandage, treat wounds etc. Willing to go shows too. I am a teamplayer, but can work solo too. Horses health is my main priority. I am looking for long time solution. Can lounge and i would be interested to get to ride some flatwork/hacking (not necessary, just wanting i could further my skills) I would need a live in-position and would be greatful if i can take my two wellbaved cats with me :)

I am confident around horses and have been developing essential skills through volunteering at a livery yard and with a rescue. Ideally, I would be looking for a role in the Basingstoke area while I'm learning to drive, but happy to consider a live-in position in the wider Hampshire region or further afield.

I grew up riding and showing horses in hunt seat from the age of three to eighteen. I am currently a senior at the University of Missouri, majoring in Animal Sciences with a certificate in Equine Science and Management. I became involved at the University of Missouri's Equine Teaching Facility the first semester of my freshman year by taking courses offered at the farm. I began working at the facility during the second semester of my freshman year as a member of the barn staff. Throughout my four years at the University of Missouri I have worked as barn staff, a shift leader and an Undergraduate Manager, while taking equine courses focused on general herd management, broodmare management, stallion management, young-stock management, young-stock training, facility and equine marketing and general leadership in a barn setting.
Maintain communication with feeders and barn staff. Perform weekly chores such as restocking hay, dumping manure spreaders, repairing fencing, moving bedding and washing laundry. Assist in organizing and planning educational clinics. Organize digital updates for individuals at the facility. 4 years of hands on experience with broodmare, stallion, foal, weanling and yearling management. Lead groups of work study students to complete daily tasks at the facility. Administer equine first aid
I have experience with flat work and jumping. I also have experience with ground training young horses in preparation for starting.
