Specialities

-3+ years of small animal veterinary assisting experience makes me well versed and comfortable with medication, bandaging, and triage. -I have experience with all breeds and sizes, from ponies to 18.2h warmbloods; from finished horses to green track restarts. -I am a motivated self starter who enjoys leading a team or working solo, and keeping an organized workspace and records.

Type of Ride Work

My favorite horses are the problem horses; horses that need work from the ground, that need to be brought back to basics. I have a lot of experience working with and starting untouchable and distrustful horses, using R+ and ‘unconventional’ training methods. Riding I am comfortable on the flat and have jumped 2’6. I currently do not school over 2’ consistently (primarily due to the horses I’m working with.) I am always interested in furthering my skills and time in the saddle.
