I’ve done everything from breaking untouched 10 year old horses for pleasure to training winners of state medal finals and ribbon winners at USEF pony finals and Indoors. Eager rider and former horse owner looking for work in the Southeast Florida area/ West Palm. I have been around horses my entire childhood and am looking to gain experience in the equine industry now that I am older. I am a quick learner, easily able to adapt, and have a natural passion for horses.
I am looking for home groom position. Closer to Hamburg area, the better. I can clip, plait, bandage, treat wounds etc. Willing to go shows too. I am a teamplayer, but can work solo too. Horses health is my main priority. I am looking for long time solution. Can lounge and i would be interested to get to ride some flatwork/hacking (not necessary, just wanting i could further my skills) I would need a live in-position and would be greatful if i can take my two wellbaved cats with me :)
I am a keen aspiring groom who has been working with horses on a voluntary basis, and am now looking for a full or part-time opportunity to progress my career and gain more experience. I am confident around horses and have been developing essential skills through volunteering at a livery yard and with a rescue. Ideally, I would be looking for a role in the Basingstoke area while I'm learning to drive, but happy to consider a live-in position in the wider Hampshire region or further afield.
My name is Daisie, I am 18 years old and have owned horses for the past 5 years. I have previously worked on an international showjumping yard and am keen to pursue my next job. I am open to any discipline and able to adapt to every yards standards and needs.
Handling horses, mucking stalls, Turn in/out, tending to injuries, exercising horses, cleaning EVERYTHING. Show groom during the summers. Stacking hay during hay season.
I have been riding since I was four years old. Out of the 16 years, I competed for 5 seasons. I have leased a handful of horses and owned an OTTB and pony. I have been helping around the barn since I was 9, but worked part-time at a barn from age 14-18, then 1 year of working full time. I began working as a groom at 16 and have had 4 fun and successful summers grooming for C-B-Pony shows.
I do not necessarily have a specialty, but hot, stubborn and young horses could become my specialty. The challenge excites and motivates me. I am willing to sit on anything and everything for the learning experience. Time efficiency and quality work are my priorities in all areas of my life, I get the job done well and timely.
I love each horse and learning how to fluidly communicate with them. I enjoy each type of ride, though I have a passion for Jumpers and the hot and young horses. My summers have been spent at the barn, if not competing or grooming at a horse show. Some days I would ride around 6 horses and then take a lesson.
I have competed in the hunters, eq, pony, and jumper rings. I began showing in the hunter and eq ring, after a season I began competing in the jumpers. All shows I have done were located in Michigan or Ohio on the B or C&Pony circuits.
I do not have much show experience because of financial limitations, but I have plenty of hours in the saddle. I also received the USEF varsity letter 4 years in a row.
