While my riding has been mainly recreational, I have experience in English, Western, and some Hunt Seat. I also have a vast amount of experience trail riding, eventing, and using horses to navigate backcountry terrain for environmental research purposes. I'm a little rusty after living in downtown DC and being unable to ride, but I'm eager to get back in the saddle
I've ridden problem horses, green horses, and young horses. I don't have experience in starting a horse but would love to learn.
I used to participate in eventing competitions when I was younger (about 10yr ago), but stopped to focus on my education. But I'm very detail oriented and a quick learner, and would be happy to accompany you or help you prepare for competitions.
