Stalls, turnout, grooming, basic maintenance such as fences, feed, etc.

I grew up getting my horse fix by helping out at a private barn from a young age on through adulthood -- which admittedly left me with some gaps of knowledge. These are being filled at my current job at a dressage show barn, where I board my own horse (who is the second I have personally owned) in training. The barns I have worked at have all had few staff so I am quite familiar with the full day-to-day process as I have done it all.

I view every horse as if they are my own and as such strive to care for each individual to the utmost of my ability. I have an attention to detail and a desire for a zero-drama atmosphere. I am also a very willing and quick learner.
