Qualifications
I am still a high school student (senior), but I plan to become a veterinarian and study animal science or biology next year in college on the pre-vet track. I also attended the prestigious Tufts Adventures in Veterinary Medicine Program a few years ago to expand my knowledge in terms of horses and animals in general.

Equine Work Experience
I have been riding horses for nearly a decade, starting in 2014. I took lessons and learned horsemanship for many years before becoming a working student and horsemanship camp counselor between 2017-2019 at the barn I grew up riding at. I then took lessons and helped with turnout, night check, etc. a different barn from 2020-2021. During that time, I was also an animal science department counselor at a local farm where I was responsible for tens of animals (including horses). Most recently, I have begun volunteering at a therapeutic horseback riding center for children and adults with special needs.
Specialities
From my years working as a counselor, student, working-student and volunteer, I have hours of experience working in barns. I have the capabilities to efficiently feed, water, and turn out horses while keeping a tidy barn.
Type of Ride Work
I have ridden many different kinds of horses in different disciplines. I started eventing when I first got into riding, and since then I have competed in jumper shows, hunts, IEA shows and trained both flat and jump work.
Competition Details
I have competed, groomed, and help run shows at my home barns throughout the years. I have countless hours of experience in the horse show environment.
