Equine Work Experience
- 16 years riding experience
- Worked at many barns and riding a variety of horses including: hunters, jumpers, dressage, and western pleasure and reining (pony rides as well)
- Training rides for green and well schooled horses
- Instructor for beginner riders at summer camp for 3 years
- BS in equine studies from Emory & Henry College
- Participated in IDA shows in introductory and lower training
- Helped with running local shows at my college barn as well as the IHSA and IDA shows
- Volunteer with Therapeutic Riding Center: care of horses and barn maintenance, assisting with tacking, mounting, and leading horses during lessons and trail rides
Specialities
- Hunters 2'3 shown but comfortable jumping 2'9 or 3' and Dressage training level (though have done first level movements just not shows)
