For the past 5 summers I have been at Maple Grove Equine in Wisconsin helping to exercise and take care of the horses. This has given me experience riding a large variation of horses, organizing the barn area and keeping it tidy, and cater to individual horses' needs. While at horse shows I also enjoyed doing the majority of the horse care on my own horse. I have a retired horse in Wisconsin as well and I do the care for him during the summer months.

Horse care has alway been my number one priority, and I make sure to uphold the highest quality of life for not only my own horses but for others' as well. While I have a big focus on training, I also emphasize letting the horses be a horse. After a ride I always enjoy giving the horses extra grooming time and taking them out to hand graze. I have specific skills in helping to train young horses to jumping, rehabilitating horses from serious injuries, and retirement care, as I have my own in WI.

I am a hunter rider at heart, as I have been competing in that ring for 8 years. However, I have lots of schooling experience in other disciplines as well. I have also worked with jumpers at home, and in the summer I ride western, dressage, and eventing horses.I have gone fox hunting and cross country schooling, and fall through spring I compete in polo matches. I have experience riding both top notch show horses and horses that have only been under saddle for 30 days.

I started competing at 12 years old on the A/AA USHJA circuit. I was a very competitive equestrian, especially throughout high school. I traveled around the country competing in the Junior Hunters and International Derbies, then finished my last year with my horse in the 3'6" Amateur Owners before we sold him in 2021. Most recently I competed at WEF 2022 and received top ribbons in both the Adult Amateurs and Adult Eq divisions.
