Equine Work Experience
Responsible for the care and feeding of approximately 15 horses and donkeys. Specific duties include transferring horses between barn and pastures, feeding, watering and administering prescribed medications, grooming, mucking stalls and shelters, and maintaining barn and facility in a clean and safe manner. I volunteered at a equine rescue in Delaware for one year (2023), caring for ten horses, one donkey and several barn cats. I solely performed all morning duties five days a week, to include basic grooming duties. I was recognized as one of the most dependable volunteers.
