I do not have any equine related courses or college qualifications, however, I have a good amount of knowledge in the farm field including taking good care of my work environment and most importantly, the animals I work with. Since i have grown up and worked on a farm I managed to develop a good set of useful skills on the farm and horse industry.

Pasture management in cattle farming, cattle feeding, horse feeding, cattle and horse vaccination,

I have not worked in a professional equestrian environment before, however, I have worked in a very large cattle farm for almost 4 years, besides growing up there. I have dealt with horses ever since I was a kid. At the farm I would rearrange cattle in their designated pastures. I would also sort heifers who are in the heat from a big group of other heifers, to bring them to the farm corral to get them artificially inseminated.

• I'm good with keeping places, like stables and the horse's bay-houses, tidy and neat.
• Another one of my useful skills is that I'm good at managing and directing horses.
• Depending on the horse's diet, I can manage their feeding requirements.
• I'm also good at making sure that horse riding equipment is maintained and well-taken care of. -I have been around foals, stallions, and broodmares in the last couple years while watching an elder and I'm very motivated to learn more.

I have ridden Quarter-horses and Mangalarga Marchadors mainly for general farm work. At the farm I would rearrange cattle in their designated pastures. A couple of farm workers and I would move about 30 up to 100 heads of cattle across the farm to another pasture in order to preserve the previous pasture. I would also sort heifers who are in the heat from a big group of other heifers. All this, while making strategic maneuvers with my horse.

I do not have that much experience with horse competitions but, I would call myself a fast learning individual and very eager to learn. I am a young man looking forward to building my career in the horse and farm industry.
