I only have about a year of equine experience. That started working with poines helping to guide pony rides for kids six and under including learning to saddle and clean hooves/ brushing ponies in preparation. I then worked for 5 months with draft horses for a carriage tour company in Alaska. During this time I helped bath, brush and clean the hooves of the hoses as well as helped feed and learned to tack the horses in pulling harnesses. During this time I also helped to care for three mini horses and a mini donkey including feeding, watering and mucking stalls.
