I have over 15 years of experience with horses and am always ready to learn more about them and grow as an equestrian.

I have been riding for about 15 years now. I have experience with hunter/jumpers, dressage, and jumping/ cross country. From winter 2023 till Spring of 2024, I was volunteering and became a working student for a local dressage barn while finishing college. It was a sales/show barn and while a working student I lived on the property and worked for them. I rode client horses as well as lesson horses and improved my skills in riding, horse training, barn management, and client relations.

I have been riding horses for over 15 years. I have experience with young, green horses as well as older horses. I used to compete in IEA for hunter/jumpers when I was younger. During college I started work at a local dressage sales barn and was a volunteer there for about a year during the semesters. I was a full-time working student for them over summer as well. There I gained invaluable knowledge about horse sales, barn maintenance and management, and improved my riding.

I have ridden many different types of horses in my riding journey. I've ridden older horses, younger horses, and problem horses as well as greener horses. I have the most experience with riding OTTB's but have not started a horse before. When I started riding in order to compete, I competed in IEA competitions locally for equitation and hunter/jumpers. After a few years I switched to learning eventing and am still on that path.

I have not competed since I was a teenager in IEA competitions locally for hunter/jumpers and equitation.
