Sole charge equestrian position (85% of role) covering all aspects of care for 4 super competition horses and 2 retired horses (mostly live out). Family help (15% of role) to include feeding and care for family dogs and providing lifts to school/station for owners teenage children. 35 hours spread over 6 days (flexible day off). Lamentably, due to my age, I have always put the equine welfare before anything. And therefore have made my work a number one priority and have chosen the welfare of the equines over my decisions of deciding to show. (although if a possibility is not minded if given an option).
Competed in IEA (Interscholastic Equestrian Association) The average placing was second to third place including in flat classes along with over fences in several shows.
