Equine Work Experience

I grew up training and showing quarter horses under saddle (both English and Western) in 4H. As an adult I’ve spent years riding and re-learning on schooling horses in the Chicago area and now train my own horse in the Hunter Jumpers. Arrow is a 12yo 16h APHA. He shows promise in eventing and I’ve introduced him to basic obstacles - this horse LOVES water!!! Ive learned how to communicate effectively with the entire range of equine professionals - from barn managers, to vet and farriers, in order to expand my own personal knowledge and above all, provide the best care for my horse.
