I was a part of the Pony Club in England.

Worked in a handful of different stables, all with at least 25 horses. Stable hand duties and responsibilities included morning/evening feed, turnouts, stall/barn cleaning, grooming, exercise riding, and basic health responsibilities (deworming).

Riding experience: English, predominately show jumping and groundwork. Western, barrel racing.

I have volunteered at rescue stables, so I am comfortable working with skittish horses. I was also a riding instructor for roughly 3 years. I taught beginner level English lessons to children ranging ages from 7 to 13. The most passionate and fulfilled I have ever been in a job was teaching these sweet kids the basics of caring for their horse and riding.

Mainly flatwork and jumping on Thoroughbreds, Warmbloods, and Quarter horses. The horse I owned the longest and spent the most time training with was a 14-year-old Thoroughbred/Arabian mix. He was full of energy and an eagerness to learn!

I have volunteered in Area III (Aiken, SC) for stables hosting competitions, such as Stable View, Jumping Branch, and Pine top stables. I have worked on the jump crew and for the in-gate/out-gate.
