Qualifications

I graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2020. I successfully achieved a Bachelor of Science in Equine Studies, with a concentration in Equine Science. I have also gained extensive practical equine knowledge and experience at highly respected stables. I am positive that my degree along with my equine background in barn management and equine care would be a great asset to your farm.

Equine Work Experience

My education, coupled with years of riding experience and other related experiences would make me a strong candidate for your farm. I have spent the past five years working for dressage professional, Pam Goodrich, owner of Foster Meadow in New Hampshire. My responsibilities consisted of the daily care of her elite dressage horses. This included horse training, ordering grain/shavings/hay, medical care, grooming, barn maintenance, managing vet/farrier appointments, and managing daily routines and schedules of the barn. This barn relocates yearly to Wellington, FL where I continue my work, training, and showing career for the winter season. At the University of New Hampshire, I rode on the jumper team and dressage team. I was awarded “Most Valuable Rider” of the UNH Dressage team. I am also a USDF bronze medalist.

Specialities

I am quick at barn chores, work well with others, and have a high standard for horse care.

Type of Ride Work

I have experience riding all types of horses. I have ridden problem horses, green horses, and young horses. I also have experience in eventing, hunter/jumper, and dressage.
