In my past job, I fed around 30 horses around the property. I would feed them their usual food and give them hay as part of their meal plan. For turnout, I would lead the horses to their fields. I did my best to ensure they were healthy and clean their stalls to the best of my ability. When their water troughs were empty, I made sure they had water. I have also volunteered at the Dream Catcher Horse Ranch and the Walk on Water ministries. At the Dream Catcher Horse Ranch, my group worked on the fences by removing debris so the fences could be removed and replaced. At the Walk on Water ministries, I worked on putting electric fence insulators along the fences for one of the paddocks. At my last job, I helped maintain the electrical fences along the fields used for turnout. Another thing I did was not only provide new shavings but also get rid of the old ones for the horse stalls in the main barn.
