Assisted in recruitment of new staff/training/staff initiative development to help maximize productivity in a fast paced and sometimes high stress work  environment.    Responsible for training staff in providing the best possible experience for clients.   Staff scheduling and management.

I scheduled lessons, developed curiculum for each indevidual student, general barn chores, grooming, fence work, and feeding. At Arbortrek I hired and trained staff, scheduled all staff, guided tours, rescue training, reservations.

Instructing beginner to intermediate riders. Couching riders in proper english, western, and natural horsemanship techniques. Research and apply different methods of teaching concepts to students in order to meet the demands on multiple and individual learning styles and personalities.  Scheduling lessons. Exercising/riding horses on a regular schedule. Grooming horses. Maintaining fence lines. Helping with cleaning stalls when needed. Cleaning tack, buckets, blankets and other gear.

Leadership-oriented with a passion for learning and self improvement entering a career as a professional equestrian. Demonstrated ability to assist in developing strategy for diverse organization while working with a variety of partners and leaders. Skilled in learning, applying new information and fallowing direction. 10+ years experience handling horses, 3+ years in management. Knowledgeable in Natural Horsemanship, currently training in dressage. Currently enrolled in multiple online courses

I have been trained in English and Western riding, with experience in Natural Horsemanship. I have participated in clinics lead by Ida Norris on working equitation. And in 2019 I started training in Western Dressage with intention to switch to traditional. Over this past year I have mainly worked at couching new riders in all aspects of riding and horse handling.
