Equine Work Experience
I have never worked professionally with horses or in an equestrian setting.
I worked with horses in a personal setting with my family but never was paid for the work I did. I assisted feeding, grooming, exercising, mucking stalls, etc.
Specialities
Owned horses at a young age with family. I was taught and raised along side a Tennessee walking horse I'd named midnight.
I'm quick learning and always keep a high spirit. I hold myself to a high standard regarding every task I take on and I take correction and advice and make it my goal to perfect every skill I learn.
I am a team player but I work just as well on my own.
Type of Ride Work
As a little girl we had my Tennessee walking horse (Midnight) and a few Appaloosa horses as well. I worked mainly with foals as I was too little for my dad to comfortable let me do any training or work with the broodmares or our stallion. I worked with the more docile broodmares once I was alittle older. By that time we'd begun rehabilitating abused and neglected horses before adopting them out to good homes. Unfortunately around 13-14 we had to sell our land.
Competition Details
I was never allowed to compete but I loved watching the competitions and would love the opportunity too.
