I don’t own a horse right now but it is something I want in the future so I would like it to be part of the discussion.Qualifications
•Tractor Driving •can drive a 2 horse trailer •handling young horses •teaching beginner riders under saddle or horsemanship •handling vet and farrier visits

Duties of Current Occupation
Taking care of 20-30 horses with usual duties of feeding, mucking, turning in/out, managing vet/farrier visits, organizing hay and feed deliveries, and supervising students during their activities.
Equine Work Experience
Yes I grew up around horses my whole life. I have a Bachelor Degree in Animal Science with a concentration of Equine. I spent most of my last 2 years of college in TA positions because I love teaching and showing people how cool horses are. Spent 10 years in Pony Club aging out as a C2/HB. For the last 6 years I’ve been working at a private high school as an Assistant Barn Manager.
Specialities
I have worked with young stock (foals-5 years olds) during college.
Type of Ride Work
Mostly Hunter/Jumper with some lower level dressage work. I’ve ridden a little western but I have never taken any lessons or worked under a western instructor.
Competition Details
Aged out of pony club as a C2/HB. Never had the opportunity to show a rated shows growing so I have only been to a handful of rated shows but I’m willing the learn what needs to be done.
