For 3.5 months I worked as a unit assistant director overseeing Cheley Colorado Camps equine program. I managed their string of 20-25 Stallions and geldings regulating feeding, barn management, first aid and grooming cleaning the barn/mucking. I would need training on some more hand on aspects, tacking steps, bridling, and more advanced grooming, advanced riding, but I have the context, passion and skills basis to learn quickly. I can comfortably engage in groundwork and easily halter and lead horses. I have a basic understanding of working with colts, ground steering, groundwork, manners, working to get colts comfortable under saddle, basic familiarization, lifting and showing feet....ect. I would need more training in this area.

Independent and dependable, quick learner, detail oriented- efficient stall mucking/yard+barn organization, natural leader and people mover, leadership experience, clear communicator, natural drive, reliable, desire to succeed, passion.

I have little riding experience in the ring and on trail, this area is where I would need to be trained the most, but I would truly love to learn.
