Currently I have not taken any courses except some introductory lessons in an FFA class. Additionally I did do pony club for a year or so, and took quite a few ground lessons for that.

I work with other workers to feed, groom, tack and generally care for horses as well as assisting students in getting their horse and grooming and tacking up. Keep the barn clean and organized as well helping boarders with questions or problems.

I have ridden horses for the last 5 years and for the last year I have been working in a barn setting in a working student position. Additionally, I worked as a horse leader at a therapeutic riding center guiding students horses.

Quick learner and able to problem solve on the go, effective groomer and good at helping students with questions and learning new skills.

I have experience with some hunter riding but mostly eventing, I can work with some problems on the ground but I am smaller in stature so sometimes larger horses problem behavior can be harder for me to handle.

The barn I work at currently is moderately competitive and we host some jumper shows, eventing challenges and travel to shows often.
