Duties of Current Occupation
I currently have a small back yard farm with six horses. I handle their daily care and maintain the property.
Equine Work Experience
In the past, I rented and ran my own equine facility. I managed the care of up to 28 horses. I have also managed other large facilities. As the manager I was responsible for the daily care of the horses, any medical care they may need, injections, hiring, training, and scheduling employees, organizing and maintaining the facility, working with vets and carriers, scheduling deliveries, teaching beginner to intermediate lessons, bringing clients to horse shows, coaching IEA team, helping organize and run horse shows on property, buying and selling horses, body clipping, training horses on the ground and under saddle, organizing and running kids camp, and so much more.
I taught equine-related classes at Post University for several years.

Type of Ride Work
Most of my experience is in EQ, hunters, jumpers, and dressage. I have also done some cross country. I have been Riding Western for the last few years. I specialize in groundwork.
Competition Details
As a professional, I have mainly competed in the jumpers and dressage at both the local and rated level. I have brought many students to shows at both the local and rated level as well. I'm currently showing my 3 years in hand this year to get him to experience the ring before starting him under saddle.
