Meghan

I currently run Meghan Helene Horse Company, I start colts (english & western) for clients as well as develop my own prospects. All care, riding, feeding and cleaning is done by me.

I began riding at six years old with a foundation in the hunter jumper world. I had limited show experience as a junior due to financial constraints but continued to ride with a focus on developing young horses. I have branched out into many disciplines and even completed an international internship in Spain where I worked with young Andalusians. I have recently been running my own program Meghan Helene Horse Company LLC where I start young horses for clients as well as develop my own young horses and facilitate sales.

I am comfortable handling all ages/sexes of horses. I have worked extensively with young horses with little to no prior handling and have developed them into wonderful prospects.I am comfortable with basic equine first aid. I am very observant.

Experience handling and starting young/green horses. Flatwork and jumping.

Due to financial constraints as a junior I was limited to showing at a handful of small local shows. I love to learn and an ideal position would give me the opportunity to continue my education as a rider and get into the show ring.
