Equine Work Experience
I have worked at Alley Cat Equine Rehab for about a year back in 2020-2021. I experienced training in medical, mucking out stalls and pastures, grooming horses, feeding (grains and filling hay), giving medication, and working with rehab horses. I have also been riding for 5 years, I used to ride rehab horses when they were at that level but now I ride and jump horses at Helicon Show Stables. I have owned a horse before which had a lot of medical issues so i have experienced doing wraps, acupuncture, cyro, and helping with rehab stretches and exercises.
Specialities
Quick at mucking out Always keeping working area clean and organized I have experience with customers from working fast food. Worked at Colorado Horse Park on the awards team.
Type of Ride Work
I have ridden for 5 years with training in flat, jumping and equitation. I have ridden all kinds of horses rehab, rescue, show jumpers, green and young. I have never started a horse but I have had to re teach a horse how to be okay with a rider.
