I began taking college courses in equine management, post baccalaureate, but ended up not completing my second semester because I was also working full time.
I worked at horse farms in Wilmington, NC after college for 1 year. Before that, most of my horse experience came from riding at camp.
I have quite a bit of experience working with kids, both around horses and not. I've been running summer camps for years, including horse camps.
Mostly flat work, both English and Western. I would consider myself beginner to intermediate.
I never competed, but I attended shows with the barns that I worked at.
