- Ideally I'd like to find a ranch where I can board my horse and work off the board by assisting the ranch with whatever they may need help with. I'd like to reside at the property as well, if at all possible, in provided housing, or I have a trailer.
Qualifications
I have over 30+ years of equine experience. I also studied Equine Science at Cal Poly and was on the equestrian team and am also a Certified Animal Behavior Specialist. I have several years experience driving a stick shift while pulling a horse trailer, as a mobile dog and cat groomer as well as horse transport. I am also certified in C.P.R. & First Aid dor not only humans but dogs and cats as well and have equine experience in administration of medicine and immunizations as well as first aid.

Equine Work Experience
Working with animals, especially horses has always been my passion in life. I have over 30 years of experience working with, owning, training and showing horses of all ages, breeds and disciplines. I need minimal instructions as I'm a quick learner and minimal supervision as I'm independent, driven, and self starter. I am easy to get along with and drama free and thrive in group settings as well. I studied Equine Science at Cal Poly Pomona and was on also on the equestrian team.
Specialities
I specialize in starting horses and working with problem horses. My gift in life has always been working with animals as I share a special connection with them and in turn they always trust me and bond with me very quickly. I pride myself on being a hard worker and having integrity and ensuring I always provide excellent customer service ( whether it's a guided trail ride, a riding lesson, or a clients horse I'm training) I make sure to always go above and beyond what is asked of me.
Type of Ride Work
I started riding Arabians at the age of 9 and rode hunter jumpers and did dressage as well. I have trained, ridden and shown horses in every discipline from Western Pleasure, Hunter Jumper, English Pleasure, Dressage, Country English Pleasure and more. I have started several youngsters and use positive reinforcement training methods and am always open to learn new techniques and methods.
Competition Details
I have participated in several horse shows at the Del Mar Fairground, amongst other locations, in Halter, Equitation, Country English Pleasure, Hunter Jumper, Dressage, Western, and English Pleasure. As an assistant trainer to Bridgette White Harker from Acacia Arabians and Kim Verhage from Verhage Arabians in Temecula I helped groom (included body clipping, sanding hooves, braiding) and exercise(lunge, long line, ride) up to 26 horses per day for the shows.
