Qualifications

I don’t hold formal equine-related certifications, but I hold a Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. Over the past two years, I’ve worked in the luxury automotive industry as an analyst, where I specialized in operations, logistics, and advanced analytics. Skills I apply directly to stable management, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and streamlining workflows behind the scenes of equestrian programs.

Duties of Current Occupation

Flatting and prepping show horses for national/international events. Grooming, tacking, turnout, feeding, and basic care. Assisted in horse sales and show logistics. Maintained arenas and footing. Traveled as support crew to manage horses and gear.

Equine Work Experience

I’m a 1.40m-level competitive show jumper with over 10 years of international riding and barn experience. I’ve trained with Olympic-level coaches in Belgium (Filip Lacus, Evelyn Blaton), the UK (Mia Palles-Clark), India (Inderjeet Singh), and the U.S. (Jessica Lynch-Clinton), and represented India at FEI and CSI2* events with over 60 podium finishes.

My specialties include competing, flatting and producing show jumpers—particularly young, hot, or difficult horses—and supporting full barn operations. I've worked closely as an assistant to coaches in Belgium, the UK, and the U.S., handling grooming, feeding, turnouts, show prep, tractor and arena work, and accompanying trainers to sales meetings and competitions. I’ve assisted coaches with tacking, show prep, feeding, turnouts, cool-downs, and tractor work, and I have a solid working knowledge of equine behavior, physiology, and vet care—especially recognizing how horses respond to gear, training, or physical changes.

Specialities

My core specialty is competing, flatting and conditioning show jumpers—developing adjustability, balance, and rideability. I’m confident riding hot, strong, and sensitive horses, and have prepped competition mounts for many trainers. I have a Business Admin degree from the University of Southern California, allowing me to contribute to logistics, operations, and stable management. Tacking, feeding, turnouts, and tractor work, and I have good knowledge of equine physiology, veterinary care

Type of Ride Work

My Background is rooted in Show Jumping. Competitively, I have ridden everything from young 5 year olds and green horses to 150m Grand Prix mounts. On the flat, in addition to aforementioned Show Jumpers, I have also worked with dressage and eventing horses. I have worked on conditioning, daily flatwork, intermediate dressage and intermediate venters as part of the training plan for those horses. I’m confident working with hot, sensitive, or difficult horses and have show-ring experience across

Competition Details

I’ve competed internationally up to the 1.40m level in FEI and CSI* events, representing India across Europe and Asia. I’ve also worked in top-level competition yards in Belgium, the UK, and the U.S., riding, grooming, and managing logistics. As a competition groom, I’ve prepped horses at national and FEI shows—handling turnouts, tack, feeding, and flatwork. Including prepping horses, wrapping legs, managing studs, hand-walking, cooling down, icing, and post-round care.
