Equine Work Experience

I have 14 years experience with horses, Started out primarily taking English lessons at the age of 6 through age 12. Transitioned to learning and riding in the Western style when I moved to Utah in 2005. I moved back home to the foothills of Northern CA in 08 where my passion for western pleasure and trail horses continued. After highschool and through college I worked independently as a lead assistant/ranch hand and as a kids camp counselor at a few different small local barns. I was often given the responsibility to be left in charge to oversee the other working students and lessons for the day while also preforming all of the daily chores like stall cleaning, feeding and watering, turn-outs, groundwork/exercising, etc. Over the years I've had the privilege to ride and and work with a multitude of different breeds, ages, and temprements, and feel confident that with my knowledge base that I can handle most horses safely.
