I have 30 years of experience caring for horses of all ages and training stages, beginning with my family’s 3 Arabian mares, the first of which we acquired when I was 8 yrs old. I self-studied at first, then later groomed and exercised horses for a professional trainer from 2001-2004. Since then, I ride regularly and tend to the horses whenever I visit my parents’ home or while they are traveling. I have worked primarily with Arabian horses, trail riding and showing, but have encountered horses of many breeds including a pony or two.

-I have some experience with halter training and handling foals. -I worked with three different stallions of varying temperament and training levels. -My handling and training style is gentle and positive-reinforcement based.

Flatwork, arena, trail riding are my areas of experience and training. In the future, I am very interested in learning dressage and cross-country jumping.

I have experience grooming and showing show horses, particularly Arabians.
