I recently graduated from UC Davis with a degree in Animal Sciences and an Equine Specialty.

My main duties are managing horse care and teaching interns. I have many years of equine handling experience from foals to stallions and everything in between. I have trained a few horses and have done reproduction internships.

I have worked for a trail ranch for a year and a half, boarding facilities for two years, and a breeding and teaching facility for three years. Apart from that, I rode in a youth drill team for 5 years.

I have a special interest in working with young horses and equine reproduction. This means that I have worked with stallions, foals, and broodmares. I have also worked with trail horses and performance horses. I have lots of experience mucking out stalls, riding horses in various disciplines, and doctoring horses.

I have ridden mainly in Mcclellan saddles but have also schooled horses in Western and English saddles. I competed in equitation classes but I have most experience in drill team competitions. I have ridden problem horses and trained them for either drill riding or trail. I have done all of the prep work to start a horse except for getting on and starting them. I have fully desensitized horses to bridles and saddles and even taught ground driving.

I have competed and helped in many drill team competitions across California. I have helped run and plan three FFA Field Day Light Horse Judging Competitions.
