Duties of Current Occupation

5+ years of experience riding English and western

Equine Work Experience

About me- I am a fun, energy-filled person who has loved horses for as long as I can remember. I started riding by helping on a family friend's farm over the summer when I was 12. I rode western and helped sort cattle. I observed the branding process and was the hazer for the cowboys praticing calf roping. I spent the next summer learning the foundations of English riding in Ojai, California. I learned everything I could and spent as much time in the barn. The following year I began taking riding lessons in San Jose, California at 13 and started waitressing at 14 to save up to buy a horse. I worked about 4 days a week and rode for 3 while going to high school and later trade school (Automotive refinishing)I also taught young children the foundations of riding before work on the weekends. As a result, I am very familiar with hard work and how well it pays off. I bought my first horse at 16 and have not stopped riding or learning since. I love teaching and sharing my love of horses :)
