Have had horses my entire life till the Virus hit. I'm trying to move to Florida anyway so the is kinda perfect. I have a friend that wants to do this as well and she also has experience so even though we aren't a couple , we are a friend couple who could do this. I would like to know how you guys are about pets ? like a dog or a cat or getting a horse eventually on the property possibly ?

Currently looking for work and in the past have cared for a Ranch and gardens as a profession and also at home as way of life. I can fix fences , have trained my own horses and worked others and can garden just about anything from seed or cutting too

I have been around horses since birth. My aunt was a Western trainer and worked with mostly QH. I personally fell in love with Arabians in my teens and have had 3 and two I trained myself and mostly just for great trail horses that I could trust . I stayed away from the showing because it's my happy place and therapeutic to me and I noticed when I was showing that was being drained so I'm not into showing myself but don't mind helping others set up. I grew up riding bareback playing cowboys and Indians for fun and you couldn't get me out of the barn until in was time to go in at dark. I lost my horses and ranch during covid when everything shut down in AZ and it was devastating. I am in an Apartment during school (not by choice) and want to get to Florida with my best friend Dawn Augustine who will be filling this out as well . We could both do it and live together. I do think she still smokes though, but she's not an idiot and goes outdoors .

I love horses and I have had my share of my horses getting into stupid stuff that I had to handle in Emergency situations until the vet arrived. I have cleaned sheaths , wormed , groomed , rode and don't lots of ground work in my life and I am not tired of doing it. Not sure what else to say. I can spend all day in the barn for sure . I'm pretty good at noticing if there's dangerous things to remove like steal posts or muddy areas that could pull shoes or sharp edges bad hay etc.

I usually prefer Western but I did show English when I was a kid for a little bit. I've barrel raced and done poles and lots and lots of trail riding in Ohio and in Arizona and in between so I'm used to different dangers from heat to desert critters and ice to mud dangers . I've trained two of my own horses from ground work up . I learned a lot more about ground work in Arizona than Ohio. I don't like to fall off anymore and the ground work prevented that issue with my last Arabian mare.
