Duties of Current Occupation
My main duties are managing horse care, cleaning stalls, feeding/turnout, teaching beginner lessons and taking beginners to local outreach shows.
Equine Work Experience
I have worked in a professional equestrian environment before in Alaska, where I took horses of my boss and students to schooling shows for one summer. I grew up in our local hunter/jumper circuit competing up to 3’3 in hunters and equitation as a junior.
Specialities
I am an efficient and hard worker when it comes to everyday chores. I enjoy a tidy barn that adheres to routine. I have experience training new employees, having working students, delegating unspecialized tasks so that I can ride more horses in a day. At competition, turnout is incredibly important including braiding, clean tack, clean horse, clean/punctual/ and prepared riders.

I have ridden green and problem horses in flatwork and over fences to prepare them for a job showing on the local hunter jumper circuit with prospective students.
