Worked for riseholme college, multiple small private yards over the years. Managed private livery yards and ridden for people. Worked at a private girls school with private and school owned horses
I work excellent under pressure and thrive in a busy environment. I am very level headed in a crisis and prioritise accordingly.
Specialities
Experience leading & managing a team, with a multi-million budget. (Non-equine based). Worked with foals, broodmares and stallions. Ridden a vast array of horses Inc, 3* eventers, spanish classical dressage, ex-racers, hunters. Turn out to a very standard (maybe a little rusty) , Quick at mucking out, Take pride in work and appearance. Yard must always be spotless. Good at thinking on my feet.
