Equine Work Experience

ive worked on a livery yard for almost 2 years now and still currently working at the same job i have my own horse, a trakehner and have owned ex racehorses in the past. I have competed at many competitions of most disciplines. I went to college to study farriery before i started working as a groom. I got my horse as a project as she was going to be put to sleep, she is very nervous about everything, she bucks bronks rears spins but only when im riding her shes a complete donkey on the ground most the time i do have someone who will look after her if i was to move away. i have handled youngsters as the yard i work on is also a stud, I have helped cover mares.

Type of Ride Work

i have taken horses out hacking and i have schooled. Im not a novice rider as my horse i own now is very green which i compete in different disciplines mostly dressage show jumping and cross country . i ride horse in a contact unless im out hacking. All my horses that i have owned have always been in full work 6 days a week and ive always had two horses of my own in full work and then i would also ride livery horses if they needed riding.

Competition Details

I have competed at show jumping and cross country many times at 90cm. I have also competed in low level dressage but not as much as show jumping and cross country. I have also been jumpcross and i have done a few sponsored rides. Ive competed lots in all disciplines i have mostly done hunter trials but i have done alot of show jumping and dressage.
