Duties of Current Occupation
I have taught for 18 years, run my own stable yard for 11 years.Competed in elementary dressage, received my colours twice, competed in show jumping-1m. Competed in endurance racing, in Qatar and S.A. Taught all ages and all levels.
Equine Work Experience
Ridden horses for 40 years, owned and managed my own stable yard for 11 years. Rescued horses and rehabilitated them to competition level. Taught horse riding for 18 years for disabled and abled bodied people, from beginners to advanced level. Administered equine first aid. Managed my team of grooms and training schedules. Organised and run various horse shows, as well as pony camps.
Worked abroad in England as a Equine Vet assistant Towcester/Onley Vets. Show assistant at Onley Grounds Equestrian Centre. Horse Care/ Vet Assistant at Flachshof in Germany. Caring for the wellbeing of the aged horses. Rehabilitation of retired horses, ensuring their daily care is maintained. Ensuring regular exercise of horses and donkeys. Assisting the Vets with regular appointments as well as daily nursing of fragile horses.
