Equine Work Experience
Ive been doing horses my entire life. Every weekend and after school- hour has been spent in the stable. Grew up in the barn, helped around much which meant meeting many different types of horses and learning how to appreciate them all on their own individual way.
Worked as a rider/groom at an upper level eventing barn in USA, WV summer -24. Groomed at day-shows and a week in Kentucky, rode different types of horses at home, barn and farm chores etc.
Riding school teacher (ten groups a week from beginner to intermediate students, dressage and jumping). Before that beginner lessons and working extra since 2014 in the same barn. Schooling different kind of horses.
Working weekends in a Swedish competition stable (showjumping).
One month as homegroom/rider in Germany 2020
Internship during two weeks as show groom at international competitions in Belgium and Germany with Swedish rider.
Specialities
I've met many types of horses especially "bloody" types. Regularly training dressage and jumping. Fast learning, always want to learn more. Like a clean and organized barn. Can work both in team and solo. Have a positive mind!
Type of Ride Work
Mainly flatwork and jumping. English riding. The best thing I know I schooling, pole work, working on the "basics". I'd rather train than going to shows and that's the main reason I've not competed so high classes even if I have always trained on higher levels. I have experience with many types of horses, young horses, thoroughbreds and stallions ex.
My job in riding school included educating and schooling horses/ponies fit for their job. Various ages, types and sizes of horses.
Competition Details
Have competed mostly jumping but also some dressage. Competed 115 cm with my horse. Train on higher level. Groomed at day shows in Sweden and USA, but also some over night shows in Kentucky Horse Park etc.
