I would like to find a job related to horses for summer of 2018, in order to improve my riding and english skills. I'm available on June, July and August due to the rest of the year i'm studying at University.
I have been riding for almost ten years now (I started in 2008), and strated competing properly in 2012. I have also been as a supervisor/judge's secretary/groom in plenty of dressage or showjumping competitions. Currently I'm training a client's horse in medium dressage level.
The discipline i love the most is dressage, but I woludn't mind practising some jumping or hacking. Actually I'm competing dressage in my province's championship. I have ridden from youngsters to adult horses, and know how to do from flatwork to medium dressage (medium trot, half passes, flying changes, pirouettes at walk...)
I usually start riding doing some flatwork and stretching in order to make my horse push with his hindlegs and accept the contact little by little. When the horse is ready, we start with some transitions, lateral work... all to make him be ready to respond to my aids. After that, I start collecting the horse a little bit and doing proper dressage movements. When finishin work, I do a little stretching again with long reins at canter, trot and walk, and a bit of hacking if I have time.
I have competed at basic and medium level in dressage at my province's champinship.
