Equine Work Experience
I started horse riding when I was three years old, as my family owned a country house with horses in Argentina. At five I joined a horse-riding school and started trick riding, which helped strength my balance skills and better understand a horse’s movements.
From six came jumping, a sport that I would practice and in which i would compete until I was 17. I took part in many equestrian events all over the country.
Although i had trekking horses at home, my own jump horse arrived when I was eight, and was kept at the Club Hípico City Bell (an equestrian school). This meant training everyday and quickly becoming aware of the care and work that a horse requires.I turned away from competition when I joined university to study music. After finishing my studies, I moved to Spain, where I have been working as a teacher in both public and private schools, working with kids and adults. Having just come back from a sabatical break, I am now looking to return to the big passion that are horses.
Always on the look out for new challenges, I consider myself a sociable and friendly person. At work, communication, team work and adaptability skills have always played a big part in my career. Being courteous, reliable, helpful, cooperative and enthusiast is part of my nature. I am committed, responsible, efficient and owner of an enormous willingness to learn new skills through employment and training, while developing previously acquired ones.
