Equine Work Experience

I have been riding for a little over 16 years now, which has not only developed my skills as a rider but also deepened my understanding of horses behavior, training needs and overall care. Over the years, I have worked with a wide variety of horses, which has allowed me to gain the knowledge and experience required to handle them with the utmost care and respect. This extensive background has equipped me with a solid foundation in Equine management, ensuring that I can perform a range of tasks effectively, from daily riding and exercising to grooming and stable management. I am a hard worker dedicated to giving my best to any team that I am part of.

Specialities

I have had the opportunity to work with three distinct stallions, each with their own unique personality. One was bold and confident, always leading the way with strength and determination, while another was more reserved, requiring patience and trust to build a strong bond. The third was playful and energetic, keeping me on my toes with his spirited nature. In addition to working with these stallions, I’ve also assisted with caring for foals, ensuring they receive the attention.

Type of Ride Work

I have had the privilege of riding a variety of horses, including Thoroughbreds, Warmbloods, and other breeds, gaining experience across different disciplines. Whether in the arena for showjumping or navigating the challenges of eventing, each ride has taught me something new about adapting to the horse’s unique movements and strengths. Thoroughbreds have tested my speed and precision in showjumping, while Warmbloods have offered their versatility and power in both jumping and cross-country.

Competition Details

I have actively competed in various shows, gaining valuable experience in the competitive equestrian world. To further develop my skills, I’ve also had the opportunity to ride and compete on other people's horses, which has expanded my understanding of different horses and how to adjust my riding style to suit each one. These experiences have not only allowed me to gain confidence in show settings but also taught me the importance of adaptability and quick thinking when riding unfamiliar horses.
